Again Id like to apologize for the lack of coverage on this project as well it never really occurred to me to post our projects up online so I haven't exactly been documenting everything we do. This project was actually quite simple had it not been for school we could have finished it in like 4-5 days.
Basically it came down to this one of my friends is really good with math he took a picture of the oathkeeper from the internet and somehow figured out how big it would be should it be 1:1 scale (idk how he did this its beyond me but if you'd like i can give you the measurements he derived )
After getting those measurements my other friend plugged them into his computer and took a photo of the oathkeeper we found online and made it one to one scale. he then printed it out on paper.
I took this paper and taped it to plywood, using various wood cutting tools and using the paper as a template I cut out our copy. Then I used DAS clay to mold all the features you see on the keyblade waited for the clay to dry, then sanded it down and made everything smoother. After that I airbrushed it and it was done.
please ask your friend to teach me the real scaling calculation from those pictures.. please ask him to share his knowledge! :D
