It's a simple hold. When you get beat you protect your QB. Nothing more, nothing less. It is a penalty, but it's not like it was leg whip or an intent to injure.

What are you guys talking about, i play Defensive End and if a o-line ever try to tackle me while i ran past him, than i will make him pay. i might weigh less than them, heck i know i weigh less than them, but i know how to go against them on & off the field. This is definitely a dirty play & illegal. if you can't block a guy, just accept it & try not getting him hurt behind his back.

A linemans job is to protect the QB period point blank... and sometimes u gotta do what u gotta do. But in no way was that a dirty play... illegal (perhaps) but not dirty. He was only doing his job... (lol)
