The loops in the entrance cables are not necessarily a drip loop inside the panel, I believe id loop it outside the panel. It is almost impossible to handle very short pieces of large diameter wire. Also it used to be practice not to wire aluminum straight in without slack because of expansion and contraction.

this looks like it's from the ninties, or maybe late eighies. Anyone using a training video like this has got to be nuts. I'm not an expert, but I would think that electrical standards have changed since then?

If this is how electrical inspectors are really trained, the whole electrical industry is worse off for it, this is pathetic. "you have your 2 120's" HA, no wonder inspectors are not liable for anything, they don't know JACK S#@!
