I got the Pianet out of necessity, by which I mean I couldn't afford any other electric piano but I still wanted one to go along with my mainly synth based set up, but I honestly think it is the best way I could have gone. It's extremely portable, it is very durable, it's incredibly easy to maintain and on top of all that it sounds great.

@anotherbeatlesfreak I said that it was probably an N.

@Mikemaniax I don't know the Pianet T was around when "Do It Again" was made, but the T is a lot mellower sounding than the model N. It sounds a lot more like a model N to me, but I'm no expert on that...

Cool vid Mike. You seem to know more about keys than me (which is not much!) but I wonder if you could help me by telling me what kind of keyboard is being used in this song from 1966. youtube.com/results?search_que

anyone want to sell me their pianet or trade for my rhodes?
-
@mewrth Really? Every other source I see says 1977. But I'll check again. Thanks.
man, just look on craigslist hard enough and you should be able to find a Rhodes for $400. I think the Rhodes sounds better. But I never had my twin reverb when I had my pianet. and the amp make a big difference, ya know.

@dzlvs8 I've got a Rhodes, but I like this better. Especially for gigging.

Just to let everyone know, I just ordered the new "Super Sticky" Hammers! As soon as I get them, I will upload the sequel video, along with some other neat effects pedals that I've acquired since making this one.
