Gap Inc. (NYSE-Listed GPS) celebrates the company's 40th anniversary. In honor of the occasion, Gap Brand President Marka Hansen, board member Bob Fisher and fellow founding family members John Fisher and Bill Fisherring, ring The Closing Bell® remotely from the company's San Francisco headquarters.
For the first time in New York Stock Exchange history, the NYSE trading floor community will dress down for business and wear jeans to work. As part of Gap Inc.s 40th anniversary celebration, Gap brand will outfit the Exchange trading floor for this one-time-only event in its 1969 Premium Jeans, a new collection named in honor of Gaps debut year.
