Great takedowns from the clinch. MMA-fighters should train this; Muay thai, Glima and BJJ - it`s written in the stars. :)

As far as MMA goes, this is only one split second of the game, breaking some ones form for a takedown.

Grabbing the shorts is illegal under MMA rules, at least in the UFC. SInce that's based on the rule sestablished by states such as NJ and, NV, I'm assuming it's that way in most leagues.

Its more of a sport than a martialart. I beleive in MMA it would help with clinchwork.

Incorrect. The core of the system are eight main bragd (techniques), which form the basic training for approximately 50 ways to execute a throw or takedown.
