@PuffyLightning234 If one died, the other would. They can't live without each other. They made the vow and planned to follow it through. I knew if one ended up dead the other would have too as well. It's not stupid. It is just that they loved each other so much that they can't live without one another. They both felt the same. It's love.

@CosmosHeart I agree with you. Shakespeare has a thing for tragedies and it just gives us so much more instead of a happy ending because in reality, it's not that easy and sometimes it's not a happy ending you will get.

I love this anime because it shows a strong side of Juliet rather than the weak-girl Juliet in the play. She's beautiful in this anime, so strong, a angelic light all over her.

@PuffyLightning234 Of course. It's by Shakespeare who loves tragedies. Can't let two lovers be together but this gave a bittersweet ending cause it gives pure love. They knew instantly it was there destined one though as irony would have it they were Montague and Capulet, opposing sides. But no matter what, they loved each other purely. It's a beautiful love that can only happen in stories, how they'd give up there lives for each other. Shakespeare, why art thou so cruel?Notalllovewillbehappyend

The only thing I disliked about the anime is that in the play it is the Capulet's who come of as/really are the ill-tempered family. Where Lady Capulet and Lord Capulet are ready to disown Juliet for not marring Pairs, Lady Montuge dies from her son being banished
. I just wished that stuck to that more.

During the first epsode of Romeo x juliet, I beleived It was going to be happy, only one would die! I was wrong, just like in Romeo and Juliet the both die! (sometimes I think I shouldn't be using big knifes! STUPID, STUPID, STUPID...)
