The first plant is a Golden Jubilee Heirloom scion on a disease resistant [VFFNAT] rootstock. It may look a little droopy, but I have taken cuttings before and they have pulled thruogh as I believe this will. *Yes; I did take the bottle off to film it. Normally the high humidity would block the camera shot.*
The second plant is the oddball: A Giant red bell scion grafted onto a Golden Jubilee rootstock [notice the tomato hairs]. You can tell there is new leaf growth on the bell pepper, which makes me think it will work.
Who knows whats next?
I agree with the other commenter. It's much easier to graft a smaller plant (and you'll have higher success rate). With the proper clips it's quite easy. It just takes a steady hand. Cheers.

any update? really interesting combination ( pepper on tomato) . btw IMO grafting will be easier if done on smaller plant.
