they can remove your kidney before you hqve a donor kidney. You will have to be on dialysis but it cqn be done.

OMG I am getting ready to have this done only my kidneys are about 4 times that size. I have the same disease as this person it's called polycystic kidney disease. It causes cysts to form on (and in) the kidneys.

They want to make sure the put lots of bacteria in when they close OK. That way the person can have a nice postoperative infection.
