@AjSlutboi this is something they do for state. It helps them swim faster, as do I the girls do the same thing before a big meet. This is not sexual. the boys swim team also bleaches their hair before a big meet. Its a tradition kind of thing. This is normal for swimmers.

Was this allowed by school or parents. I don't mind but in todays society, this would be looked at as inappropriet for underage males such as sexual if adults were shaving certain areas or in even the boys were shaving cetain areas.
