CTC

The Sharjah Clinical Training Center (CTC) is one of the state-of-the-art facilities of the medical campus at Sharjah University (www.sharjah.ac.ae), located next to the Sharjah Teaching Hospital (www.sth.ae), Reasearch Institute & the Colleges of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy & Health Sciences lined around the beautiful pond & fountain of the campus. The CTC encompasses the Sharjah Surgical Institute (SSI) which was established as partnership venture between the University of Sharjah & Ministry of Health in UAE to create & implement strategic training programs. The Sharjah University Laser Training and Research Center (SULTARC) is also a part of the CTC (http://www.sultarc.com).

The CTC's main aim is to improve quality of health care in the region through up skilling of health professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient's safety. This facility is designed to suit a wide range of clinical training courses of different learning modalities and settings.
