@1954phyllis Indeeeeed, if you're going to worry about being PC you don't have much place preaching to a congregation who is going to be following your word because that is a position for people not afraid to do the 'dirty work' and tell it like it is. Truth is seldom pretty.

To deny that hell exists it would seem would also be to deny that Christ exists because if there is no hell, WHY did Christ need to come to Earth and be falsely accused, tortured, and killed? If there was no hell, that wouldn't have been necessary, would it?

Here is a thought I have, I spoke before about preachers who only preach of God's love but don't delve into the other side, being hell. Churches don't like to talk about hell, it's not popular, it gets people upset and churches have little to do now with anything actually pertaining to God and Christ. But how can a person call themselves a Christian but say there's no hell? Cont...
