@dubious26, abhi chuttiyon se lauti hoon, tabiyat bhi theek naheen, gher main construction ho rahi hai aur bohot bersatain keecher. dhulaiyon ka problem. haspatalon ke chkker aur chote ha hight school naya start. gher sab ulta para hai. mat poocho 3 baar cha germ ker cuki hoon waheen ki waheen hai

@Sam020279, People in olden days have much more knowledge about these things than us. As I cook I focus and understand why some ingredients were a part of recipes but not others. If you look for the answer s you understand it all so well. It’s a very balanced diet, created very smartly. Adding tomato separates the oil totally. Avoied while eating, a person consume just a table spoon :) Why we bhoon ? Some ginger is must greens added at the end.
This is so reminiscent of home. A very popular dish in Indian Punjab too. Thanks Bajia.
