The expansive open plan lounge/dining area is beautifully light with stunning views of the Obidos lagoon and Foz beach beyond. Enjoy sitting on the terrace outside the lounge or alternatively lazing comfortably on the large curved sofa inside. A flat screen TV and a DVD player are provided with a selection of popular DVDs.

Below the villa is an extremely large basement incorporating a double garage and/or boat storage area, utility room and also, extremely useful for sandy surfers, a shower room with toilet. The basement can be accessed by steps from the hall or by car from the entrance gate and remote controlled garage door.

To the rear of the villa is the shared infinit swimming pool with tiled surround for sunbathing, and further grassed garden area. Indoor towels and bed linen are provided but we request that you bring your own beach towels please.
