用廣東話介紹人的時候,基本上不會用上「呢個係...」,而會講
「呢位係....」 例如我介紹曾特首俾你認識,就話「呢位係曾特首。」
當曾特首不在場的時候,我問你:「呢個曾特首係咪好NICE呢?
」 又例如,你問我:「邊個係台上唱緊歌?」
我答:「O個個係Andy Lau 劉德華。」

All right. So all those HK people who have said "meal" instead of "lunch" to me for the last 20 years must be wrong then. I stand corrected!
That must be why the common greeting after 12.00 noon is: 你食咗飯未。 Because all Hong Kong people have dinner at 12, right?

Here in Hong Kong people say 去食飯 and it can be lunch OR dinner. It's a meal. Lunch is a meal.
