Batgirl IS dead...at least, her career as Batgirl is. Ever since The Killing Joke, in which the Joker shot Barbara Gordon and left her paralyzed from the waist down. She hasn't quit fighting crime, though. She's now known as Oracle and is part of a team called Birds of Prey, along with Huntress and Black Canary.

@MORKOS621 Yeah, if you follow the comic book yes. Batgirl is known as the Oracle. However, this fan film...she isn't even Barbara Gordon. It's just a movie featuring the Batgirl and Catwoman characters. The 2004 Catwoman movie wasn't based on Selina Kyle either. So, just to make it clear...non of the Adversary movies are based on the comic books or movies.

Of these 10 perils my favorite one is the costume malfunction, mainly because of the expression on Batgirl's face when she realizes that her mask has been removed, which is priceless and says it all:"Oh, no! My mask has been torn off! My secret idendity has been exposed! Every villain in Gotham City will know that Barbara Gordon is Batgirl! I'm finished as a crime fighter!"
