no-spacer breaks are better done with bricks stacked horizontally. Spacer-free block breaks

are too dangerous vertically because they can break the hand or arm very easily. Spacers are for safety, not to "fix" a break. A real break is three red bricks with no spacers; that I would want to see.

Learning the technique is hard, but.. When you break 1 brick, every brick underneath them breaks too because of the pressure

Look up Wollf's Law. The more you do this, the more difficult it gets to break a bone unless you do it so often the bones don't have a chance to recuperate.
