At Karnak it was believed that Amun-Re and his divine consort, the goddess Mut, gave birth to a son named Khonsu. Mut is also symbolized as a snake and is called "Mut the resplendent serpent."[6] Thus the divine triad or family, the preeminent unit of social organization among the gods and humans according to the Egyptian worldview, was linked to the image of the serpent.

After the Eleventh Dynasty (the Egyptian Middle Kingdom), Amun appeared as the god of the capital of Thebes and eventually merged with the sun god to be become known as Amun-Re, the supreme state god in the New Kingdom (c. 1550—1090 B.C.).

Another primeval deity mentioned in the Pyramid Texts is Amun, one of whose two primary representations was that of the snake named Kematef (meaning "he who has completed his time")

Test it, prove it, read it? Have you actually done that?

Lets see, I'm just trying to follow your thirteen year old "logic" (lets just rename it "logic" for right now).
By the way, you forgot to find out "when you were a member", that a Bishop has NO authority into anyone's personal life except in the case of serious sexual sins having been committed.
xmoron replys to me with an insulting comment.....AND I AM THE ONE CALLING NAMES??
This is exactly why 13 year olds should not be allowed on YouTube.

You are no exception if you left the Church because of YOUR OPINION of people in it. Proud of being in the majority? Proud of letting others make your decisions for you? Proud of supporting lies like "LDS are like radical Muslims"? Jesus called many, many people to repentance - all of us as a matter of fact. Have you listened to His call?
-
yo billbo Tex would jesus call him a moron im an ex mrom too and membs like you r the reason why
-
Hey xmoron, think you could find anyone else who thinks LDS are like radical muslims? Try to find fairness - its really important?????????

I usually think of converts and their testimonies in our church. Its nice to hear testimonies from life-long members of the church. Thank you!
