how is it the same government is unable to consult Islamic scripture and divine from the clear text Islams admonition to all muslims to murder all none muslims and insist Islam is a religion of peace ?

Who is the government afraid of and why what could the government be going that would anger people who love the constitution and why do they side with those who goal it is to destroy it?
