It was developped by dECOi (Mark Goulthorpe) in 1998 for the Birgmingham Hippodrome.

It was not built because of the client's lack of funds. So far.

Not sure that it's for sale as such but I think it was developed by a company called Decor.
I love the Hyposurface. I need one and many drugs.
