@Domman56 all what mods? a filter, mufflers and computer adjustment? There isn't even any real bolt-ons yet.... LOL!!!! What does that Benz cost anyway? For the price, it should be killing the Mustang, not the other way around.

Sorry I was reading other posts regarding how heavy the Benz might be. my post was meant to agree with you the assumptions comment was in general, my mistake.. Was trying to reiterate that the cars were essentially equal weight-wise

@montecitan this is what I'm saying.. if the cars are the same weight...then how is the ford "heavy"? if the ford comes stock with more juice than the C63, then with it done up with perf. mods it should do exactly what this vid shows. I'd like to see a stock race with both cars. What were you trying to say with your comment ? what did I assume that was wrong?

@demonchild812 Curb weight of the C63 per benz is 3917lb, Ford lists the GT500 curb weight as 3920 lbs.. Assumptions are awesome.

So again we have a GT500 which has been modded (stock is 500hp and 475tq) racing against a 4 door sedan that is 450 hp and 446 tq, and the ford boys are trying to say the GT500 is a "heavy" car? That benz is 4000lbs guys and has less hp and torque even before you modded the GT. That GT "should" walk the C63 in this race no questions asked. To me this is the same as a video with a Porsche beating a 370Z, both performance cars but not in the same category so not much of a surprise for results

@kay19833 The GT500 is a disgrace. I love fords, but the 5.0 2011 gt is where its at.

And in 2012 The new BOSS mustang. OMG.
