Did you ever do a follow up from this video?
I met with this attorney-she's a high end med-mal attorney-about this topic.
She said when she looks at the chart, the chart need to reflect the PE was thought about and ruled out with pertinent negatives and positives.
There is a huge distance between negligence and judgement. One says, I didn't ever look at how bad things can go. The other says, I looked. Weighed the information, and made a decision. PERC rules, I believe, screams "I looked." Peace. Feedback encouraged.
