Omega Shell shortfilm Part 1

Another underground clasic, an amazing sci-fi short made in Tijuana with just 200 dls, it remind me of Tetsuo and Jodorowsky films, it won several awards around the world. May be is the only cyberpunk film made in Mexico.

there's one more Tetsuo styled director out there thats american, it was a film about a guy who could explode brains with his mind and he was always vomiting black and green slime that would run up his face then back into his mouth, anyone have any idea?
