@gabster0506 She already did one, basically, you need to buy a tounge brush, and it works :)

@sturgeonluver yeah thats true...thats why I'm not allowed to do it often. Doing it everyday is even worse!

I heard somewhere that baking soda wears away at the enamel on your teeth and makes them really weak. Is that true?

thumbs up if that strand of hair under her neck irritates you >.< lol

You are totally right about the soft brush. I actually use an extra soft toothbrush because I have a receding gumline. My dentist says that everyone should use a soft toothbrush because anything harder is terrible for the gums.

Oil pulling is a really good method for whitening your teeth too. This is what I do to whiten my teeth and I find it works pretty well. Especially if you do it consistently. It's also very healthy for you. :) I like using sesame oil best. Check it out people!
OKAY well im i the only person noticing how good your hair looks in this vid?

whitening toothpaste is not the best for your teeth. baking soda is also not good for your teeth, too abrasive. Also whitening over the counter is fine when you maintain it. I work at a dental office and the only difference is a dental office carries higher hydrogen and carbamide peroxide. I believe the higher they can sell over the counter is 7% hydrogen peroxide and we carry 16, 22, 25 hydrogen peroxide. The higher peroxide the more sensitive you are likely to be.
