Star Ocean 4: Hope You Like Swapping Discs!

So, okay. I reasonably enjoyed Star Ocean 4. But this is god damned unforgivable game design. For the post-game content, the game itself is spread across the game's discs. There are dungeons and such on Disc 2... but the Calnus, where you need to go to syntheisize weapons, is on Disc 3. What the HELL Tri-Ace

nice i just beat the game ...... it was an amazing ending man ..... but a lot of unanswered questions at the end and for some reason i only got to see a few character endings

Character endings are determined by your relationship to them, which is influenced by in-game actions and Private Actions. You probably just didn't make friends with the right folks. Except for Faize and Crowe, whose endings you get by seeing specific PAs during gameplay.

so u beat the game man i am stuck on nox obscura part of the dungeon .... i got the snake staff but after that i am at a lose of ware to go

You want to head to the second set of asteroids with teleporters on them, and find the rightmost "door" teleporter. When you enter the room, the Snake Staff will shatter the chain, allowing you to continue forward. Good luck! You're almost there.

atleast so4 didnt have the reading disc data every 30 mins and if they happen it takes up to an hr.

Just release it to the PS system like the earlier Star ocean games T_T, I want to play this game longer on my ps3 than my xbox, I fear the red ring of death :(

Seriously, no matter how good a game Star Ocean 4 is, this kind of a flaw is just unacceptable.

i saw 3 peoples endings i just didnt do a lot of private actions with most of them i assumed that ...... it only matters if u beat the game with the selected characters
