  • @NeskaBean .- continued- If i can't stop crying or washing or shaking and rocking back and forth it is not something i am doing conciously. To think if i was gone it would make their life better makes me want to kill myself. seriously. watch what you say to him.

  • @NeskaBean . As someone suffering from severe OCD, PTSD and severe anxiety/bipolar disorder as a child until an adult i know i frustrate people.But i've been yelled at, hit, called names by family and friends followed by "you frustrate me so its justified" it is NEVER justified.

  • I know this is horrible, but some days I just get so overwhelmed I wish I could just lock him up so I can BREATHE. It's a hard life.

  • Read Explaining colours to a blind man. Not only will it enlighten many as to what living with a mental illness is like, it also gives comfort to those sufferers who think there is no hope and that they are alone. It is very informative, sometimes shocking but also very funny in parts. All in all, a good read and highly recommended.
