  • I was living off fruit... But got bad acne from it..... I lived off fruit for a year.. Now Im eatting loads of veg... Its cleared up... I wonder if any one else has had the same problem

    I understand nutrition. You do not. Eating a high carbohydrate lowfat diet without restriction to calories is a recipe for insulin insensitivity and alzheimer's. You should be ashamed of yourself for trying to hurt people.

  • @dlewis1498 Fair enough. It's good to know that someone on these videos knows that fat doesn't make you fat. And you are right about those higher glycemic fruits.

  • @SCROGY I'm not sure you're really responding to me here. I never suggested fat makes you fat. And I'm familiar with how insulin works. And regarding your comment on being low glycemic, many fruits have a fairly high glycemic index (pineapples, watermelon, etc.) Where as some things you'd suspect to be particularly bad for you have a relatively low glycemic index. Snickers bars would suprise you. You make good points about calories in and out, but I knew that. Just didn't come up.
