Sativex is watered down overcooked Hemp oil and a perfect example of why pharma companies don't want to cure you because they can make more money off you just scraping along. Sativex should not be patentable and sure as hell should not be sold for the ridiculous amounts they want ... I was recently convinced by my public defender to plead guilty to possession I agreed, I was ordered to pay a $50 fine which I did, I also checked into the probation department as specified by the court.

A month later I am asked to appear again before Judge Iwasko of CA and I was informed that the court felt that the punishment for me was to lenient and was issuing a refund for the $50 fine I paid, the court has taken me off of probation and is retrying me on felony trial date AUG 23 2010

Kyleastname, They already do that with Marinol and it is not the same as the plant. Not to mention that a 30 day supply with out insurance is like $700.00. What can't afford that no problem they made a generic kind for us poor folks it runs about $450.00 so I hope you do not want to eat or nothing!
