Oh My Jonas Ep. 170- I'm On My Way

Selena pushes aside the curtain.

Selena: Demi! Oh my gosh.

Demi was laying on the floor of the shower, across the bathtub.

Selena grabs a towel and lays it over Demi's body then runs out to call Joe.

Joe: Hello?

Selena: Joe! Oh my gosh.

Joe: What is it?

Selena: It's Demi. I-I think she passed out or something.

Joe: I'm on my way.

A minute later, there's a knock and Selena opens the door.

Joe comes in.

Joe: Where is she?

Selena: The shower.

Joe: The shower?

Selena nods and follows Joe to the bathroom.

He kneels down and puts his hand on her forehead.

Joe: She's burning up. Don't you dare laugh at that. Clear a spot on your bed next to the window.

Selena goes into the bedroom.

Joe carefully picks up Demi, wrapping the towel around her body and he carries her into the bedroom.

Joe: Open the window.

Joe lays Demi down on the bed as close to the window as he can.

Joe: Turn the air conditioner on cold.

He goes back to the bathroom and runs cold water over a hand towel and folds it then goes back to the bedroom and puts it on Demi's forehead.

Selena: What's wrong with her?

Joe: She's just overheated. With running, then jumping into a hot shower. Get a towel so we can dry her off.

Selena gets a towel and they wipe off her arms and legs and her face.

Selena: Um, Joe?

Joe: Yeah?

Selena: When you picked her up, did you s-see anything?

Joe: -Chuckles.- No, Sel. I didn't.

Selena: Just checking. She'll ask me later, so I thought I should have an answer for her.

Joe nods.

Joe: I'm gonna head back to my room and take a quick shower.

Selena: What happens if she wakes up?

Joe: Ask if she wants anything. Then give it to her. But make sure she drinks a bit of water first thing. I'll be back in 10 minutes.

Selena: Okay.

Joe leaves and Selena turns to the tv.

A few minutes before Joe said he would return, Demi started to wake up.

Demi: Wh-what's..

Selena: Demi, can you hear me?

Demi: Sel?

Selena: Yeah, hey. Open your eyes.

Demis eyes flutter open.

Demi: What's going on?

Selena: -Makes air quotes.- You 'overheated.'

Demi: That's why I'm so hot.

Selena: Do you want anything?

Demi: Water?

Selena: Yes.

Selena runs to the kitchen and gets a glass of cold water with ice.

She hands it to Demi and Demi sits up, holding onto the towel around her.

Selena takes the wet towel from her forehead and tosses it into the bathroom.

Demi: -Sips the water.- Where's Joe?

Selena: He was here but he went to go shower. He'll be back any minute.

Demi: Oh, okay.

Selena: He got you out of the shower and told me to do all this.

Demi: He got me out of the shower?

Selena: I covered you with a towel first. He didn't see anything. I asked.

Demi: Okay.

There was a knock on the door and Selena ran up and got it and Joe came in. They came into the bedroom.

Joe: Hey, how are you feeling?

Demi: Hot. And thirsty.

Joe: Okay. Just stay right here, I'll get you more water. Sel, open the window more.

Joe takes Demi's glass and refills it and comes back and gives it to her. He sits on the bed next to her and Selena is sitting at the end of the bed.

Demi: I'm sorry I'm so much trouble, guys.

Selena: Don't be. You can't help the fact that you're a danger magnet.

Joe: Kinda like me. They don't call me Danger for nothing.

Selena laughs lightly.

They hang out for a bit, then the band comes by to go to lunch. They made sure Demi is okay by herself and they all head off.

Joe and Selena are back around 1:30. They come into the kitchen-living area.

Selena: Stay here.

Selena goes into the bedroom and sees Demi asleep on the bed, her towel beside her. Selena smirks at Demi and her naked body and she pulls up a sheet to cover Demi.
(AN: Shes her best friend, so its not weird or anything. Or is it? I didnt think so, but idk.)

Selena: Okay, Joe.

Joe comes in and sits on the bed and Selena sits down by his legs.

Selena turns on the tv and they begin to watch.
