Aslan earned his second Mach in his first two runs after coming off of a two month injury layoff. I wasn't expecting him to even Q more than once this weekend as we were both so rusty. He was still slow and protecting himself a bit, but he managed to pull off the QQ right off the bat. I also ran him conservatively because of his recent injury. I thought this song fit all of our recent challenges. We've both paid our dues! He's a true Champion!
