PokéPark Wii: Pikachu's Great Adventure Walkthrough Part 2: Bulbasaur's Foot Race

This is where the first event starts. for this event you must shake the Wii Remote as fast as you can for your Pokémon to run. Each Playable Pokémon runs at a different speed so choose wisely.

In this video I participate in the races and learn about the Hide and Seek event (First played against Bonsly). There are also additional Tag Races in this video. Also, the reason why I talked to Treecko was because you had to before getting Turtwig. Treecko wants you to beat Bulbasaur's Foot Race with five different Pokémon. Turtwig won't offer until he knows that.

@iScAre1 Well, the game has passwords (That you can find on Serebii) to unlock more Pokémon and features. And you need to complete every high score for a new Pokémon to be unlocked for that event. Then you can befriend the Pokémon by clearing the event with them. (Groudon, Mew, Jirachi, etc.)
