Zeitgeist Movement, founded by Peter Joseph in conjunction with Jacque Fresco's "Venus Project", now works globally to spread information about a new social system called a Resource Based Economy. It encourages a move away from the current monetary system and a society where goods are produced based on human need instead of profit motive.

lets see one liter gas here is 1.759, 4 liter = 1 gallion 4x1759= 7,036 euro. 1 euro = 1,44 dollar.
7,039x1,44= 10,13184 dollar per gallion gas here in the netherlands. does it work? no it doesn't! people still drive cars everywere anytime. come up with something better. besides that elictrick cars? slower, less distance. and what about when the accu dies? that accu pack is half the valeu of the car! yeah real good solution, probs to that -.-

@mthrnaturesson That's the WHOLE point of the Zeitgeist Movement, is to bring awareness to sustainable technologies that could radically alter the face of the earth. Oil companies have been lobbying for years to hold back simple renewable engine upgrades and electric powered cars. We're stuck with the same unsustainable technologies for now in the monetary system because they are lucrative. That's the only reason. And it's pushing our civilization off a cliff. Wether you want to see it or not.
