As we all know, Push Up is probably the most common chest exercise. Maybe because that chest exercise don't need any equipment. And it's strange for us to see how many people don't know the correct performance of this convenient, easy-to-use and effective exercise for pectoral muscles. So we created a video with complete instructions of how to perform Push Up exercise.
Breathing: inhale when moving down. Breath out when moving up.

  • @vinceCarterVs lol, dont listen to mrmadden, it really depends on how much you really can. Try onehundredpushupsdotcom, do the initial test first and then take the steps as told. ALWAYS rest at least 24 hours. So if you work out on monday, your next work out will be on wednesday. Then, if you can, do 100-150 a day, or less, but don't forget to rest 24.

  • @MrMADDEN735 Lol, you don't burn that many calories while doing muscles strengthening exercises. You burn the most calories during aerobics.
