Milling an incomplete prototype for a Mendel X carriage. Production runs will be faster once tool changing is in place; the 1/8" cutter is slow at facing large areas. This design does not require any jigs or manual drilling.

After assembly and testing I decided to make several changes. The little shelf that helps hold things together causes more issues than it solves.
