She's such a classy, elegant and just wonderful Lady xx

Besides being one of the most beautiful Hollywood actresses, she was down-to-earth and warm which is rare. Thank you for posting this.

Ms Kerr left her native Caledonia to go down south to the state of England and eventually lost her Scottish accent. Shame! But her red hair she kept, making her a true Scottish Celt!
The scots, by the way, have the highest percentage of redheads on the planet.
Ireland comes in second.
JUST THOUGHT YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW, MISS BOULAY!

Sounds like that's Art Linkletter that's interviewing her. Thank you for posting it.

@TempeB I'm so jealous! I would have loved to have seen her in "The Day After the Fair". Knowing the story, I'm sure that she was just heartbreaking. It easily could have been a part written just for her.

"The Day After the Fair" is an amazing play that was made into a movie on PBS with a different title. The lovely Hannah Gordon (from "Upstairs Downstairs" fame) played the main character in the movie and was absolutely heartbreaking. I can only imagine how wonderful Deborah Kerr was in that play. Thanks for posting this.

Almost ten minutes of Deborah's voice...How lovely.
I've never heard or seen any of her interviews before, so finding this is very special. She's one of my favorite actresses. Thank you for uploading!
Thank you so very much, missboulay. That was a wonderful treat. How & where did you get this from?

I found it on eBay ages ago. Someone was selling a cassette tape with some recorded radio interviews. One of my happy findings!
