  • somewhere around 4:55 robinsons foot is almost facing the camera, how can that be comfortable, im not criticizing i have to know how they hit like that because i tried it and i almost snapped my foot. Or atleast it just didnt feel right

  • @sports5991: are you referring to his back heel almost facing the camera? Remember, that's him catching himself. Some hitters may not have as much ankle mobility as Cano does.

  • @teamre30 no, i meant to say the bottom of his front foot

  • @sports5991: that will happen naturally with the hip thrust...the front foot will "peel" open...you can also watch Bonds, he does this more than Cano.
