Developer: Spark Unlimited
Publisher: Gamecock Media Group/Atari
Released: November 18, 2008.

This shows to me that Spark has yet to make a great game. This demo just makes the game seem generic. And I haven't played Call of Duty: Finest Hour or Turning Point: Fall of Liberty, so I have no idea how bad those games are compared to this, or any other shooter.

Also, you missed a stupid training mission (with invisible walls!) and an unskippable trailer you can already find elsewhere. This is also the biggest demo I've ever downloaded: Two gigabytes. That's six hours to download this, and another 10-20 to install for about 10 minutes of gameplay. Yep.

Also, one thing I didn't realize until I uploaded this: I ran it at the resolution I usually run games at (1280x800, a 16:10 resolution), so this video looks nifty-looking on YouTube's new widescreen player. Also kick it up to HD to see it about as clear as the original video was.

  • @asuncioncommutef You fail, now you're posting these on a different game?

  • it is simply such an incredible game. we'd have bought it yet im so grateful i acquired it free due to mw2forfreeWinfo (replace W with . ) so i can use my cash on an important mouse.

  • Looks like Bioshock (the left hand)

  • They need high caliber rifles

  • hey i cant do the first mission where i gotta get to the woman or smth i cant get through the part when there are 2 trams riding i cant get past it i just cant can someone help me

  • It somehow still looks like fun...

  • This video of the game, especially the beginning, reminded me of timeshift.

    It looks like it.

  • this game sucked so hard!

  • this game had an intresting concept. and i have to say i always enjoy bystanders or fellow soldiers get killed by monsters.

  • I think so, loads of games have used soul sucking elements like God of War and Devil May Cry, but they're nearly always for powering up or money.

Using it as the only way to regain health is just a pain, as you're too concerned to get that tiny drop of health before it disappears than to see some large monster charging up on you waiting to chew on your sphincter.
