Mastodon does not sound like Neurosis!! Neurosis inspired them. But if you listen to Baroness, they are very similar to Mastodon, but in my opinion not even closer to them.

@JohnnyToothless This is so insanely true. I don't see how anyone could think they have anywhere near the same sound. Troy is a much more "heavy" vocalist than that of Baroness, if you know what I mean.
