@tatertotz23 The game is called Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis. They make it for PC, Xbox 360 and ps2. You won't find it at your local gamestop, but you will find it on eBay. The game is about you opening your own version of Jurassic Park with all the park systems and all the works. There's also a Site B mode, where most of these photos were taken. Highly recommended, totally underrated game.

it's a mod for the game, they poop out a baby!

@togar321 You can't, it most likely had Andres Mod were the Dino's changes sizes from Normal into Huge into Tiny into ect.
