What is the point of using canisters. If you are going packpacking you want refillable fuel bottle and if you are going car camping you might as well use a 2 burner propane refillable or white gas.

@kieranmullen2 No point really unless that's what you want and like to use. I always try to pick things that give more than one option because you never know when that survival time will be. Thanks for watching.

so the perpose of rotating the bottle is to blow the fuel in the pipe out with the air pressure left in the bottle clean hands clean gear

Thats right. Much better than having the fuel soak your rucsac, etc.

@survivingoutdoors It does not seem very eviromentally responsible to use canisters you can't refill. Reduce Reuse & Recycle.... You don't need to expend energy recycling a product if it is not generated in the first place.
