S-Corp, C-Corp, LLC and eBay and Vegas

Well I'm all over the place in this one.
I'm looking in to trying some new things online. Struggling with should I Incorporate myself or note.
Looking in to non-profit corp set up as well
I am planning on going to Vegas the week of Aug 9th. Going to a trade show. May hook up with KingHuman

Short part 3

Bottom line is, I've found it easier to do the web site, then help them set it up on their own hosting service. They take care of all annual bills as necessary directly without my spending half of each day dealing with Tinkers to Evers to Chance accounting. Yes, it makes updating a bit of a hassle sometimes, but overall it cuts down on the nonsense bookwork that produces little profit.

Do me a favor... Go to Paris (the hotel) and they have a restraunt that sits facing the Bellagio. Go there and video in the evening and have some dinner there. You won't regret it. Sitting back enjoying the sights and sounds of Vegas while watching the fountains of Bellagio dance to the sound of music and eating some divine food.

....I am now selling art; not doing to bad, but I have to tell you I won't be buying any more vehicles and paying cash for them with what I am making now. There is money to be made out there, you just have to find your niche and always be willing to shed your skin for the next reinvent! Best of luck to you.

Not much money is web hosting.

I have been doing ebay for over 12 years; you have to continually be reinventing your self; and as soon as you do, you then have to start working on reinventing your self again for the next change. I started out in ebay selling junk; then went into antiques during the first year of selling antiques I was able to buy my husband an SUV for his birthday and paid cash for it; not to shabby; then I reinvented into fine antiques, then jewelry, and on and on and on...

Just my opinions and business model. I'm sure others will disagree. Do whatever works best for you. What you want to do (new customers vs customer maintenance) is very much a personal issue.
