ISLAM & THE SHARI'AH

THE SOLUTION THAT YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR?

The recent and continuing global rejection of the capitalist economic model has forced us all to consider alternatives. Below is a summary of how the Shari'ah (the divine law of God as contained in the Qur'an and sent with the Messenger Muhammad (saw)) resolves all the main problems that beset us. Contact us for more information below.

Bankers bonuses/corruption:

Problem: corruption, excessive salaries, unaccountability, limited liability, no transparency, lottery of invisible wealth/equity

Solution: Under the shari'ah companies would be restricted to up to 20 partners each, so that they all know each other and there is proper accountability amongst them. People must deal with individuals not entities, goods which are invisible and in fact only exist on paper such as bonds, stocks, shares, insurance etc.. would be banned and transactions would have to done with tangible wealth or payment made for services i.e. actual effort undertaken. Insurance would be replaced by the State being the guarantor for any losses if any loss cannot be met. Hoarding of the wealth would be prohibited, all citizens would be encouraged to use the wealth and invest it. All banks would be replaced by one state institution (the bait ul-maal) whose purpose would be to work for the people not exploit them. It would lend money to people free from interest, look after their money, give grants and loans for businesses and encourage foreign trade and imports.

Wealth circulating amongst rich:

Problem: interest based transactions, taxation for the poor, wasting wealth in useless exploits

Solution: interest (usury) is prohibited under the Shari'ah, there is no taxation for the poor, industries such as gambling, alcohol, cigarettes, pornography, night-clubs, pubs etc... would be outlawed and the money confiscated would be re-invested in useful exploits such as housing, medicine and education. There would be a ban on using the male or female body or sexuality for advertising, thus protecting the social fabric of society and maintaining the honour and dignity of both genders without reducing either to objects of desire for monetary gain.

Leaders unaccountable:

Problem: The Prime Minister saying one thing and promising everything but not delivering

Solution: The Head of State must implement the just law of God i.e. the Shari'ah, he can be removed if he does not fulfil his mandate. Being in charge should not be a lucrative business, history shows that poverty was in fact only ever eradicated under the shari'ah (the era of Umar Bin Abdul Azeez is a good example). Governors (replacing the MP's today) will get one general salary for fulfilling their role of looking after and being concerned for the affairs of the people. They would be prohibited from doing any other work or having any other source of income freeing them to fulfil their task properly

Lack of basic needs:

Problem: The elderly (for example) having to choose between warmth in the winter and food/electricity

Solution: free basic food, clothing and shelter, gas, water and electricity is guaranteed for all citizens under the Shari'ah, people can work for luxuries. Any payments from the state, for the new born, for basic needs etc... would be paid in advance when they are actually needed not in arrears as happens now.

Runaway Inflation

Problem: the value of money is ever decreasing leading to people not being able to afford the goods in the shops and working ever more to fulfil their needs. The government can affect inflation as they wish.

Solution: The currency of notes which do not reflect the reserves would be replaced by minted Gold and Silver coins representing the value of what is purchased and would therefore eliminate inflation

Feudalism

Problem: The landlords and the aristocracy keep most of the real wealth with themselves without it being circulated or often even being used

Solution: As an example unused land would be confiscated by the state if left for 3 years and be given to those who will make use of it.

Education

Problem: the poor cannot afford a good education at universities due to loans and a lack of grants

Solution: Universities would be free of charge in the Islamic State and where there are skills shortages the state may even pay individuals to study certain subjects.
