  • Hell yeah man, having you on board will keep me that much more accountable. 2 Machines are better than one.

  • @cashpath Yeah I was hoping for the same thing. Day 1 down for the shakes. Really not that bad. I figure i'm taking in about 250-300 grams of protein a day and around 1500-1800 calories. Thats sounds like the right amount to feed the muscle to make it a fat burning furnace.
