i was there in stockholm that day, i waited for the bus #1 to come to stora essingen but it never came, so i asked a woman for a ride to the t-bann, and she took me there. her name was (is ) Birgitta and she saved the day, i made it to sodermalm and surprised my friends. this was a great story for annika lantz, but she never did it.

Looks like my home in the Buffalo New York area! We don't plow it away onto sidewalks. We simply collect snow into trucks and dump it into Lake Erie and wait for the snow and ice to melt in July or August. Then we fish and water ski for a month and make plans for ice fishing in late October or early November through May or June. Such is the cycle of the seasons in Buffalo.
I spent one year in the Buffalo area as an AFS student (1969-61)
