This is a defect in the cushion. It happens with recycled (rebonded) cushion when a hard or different type of foam is missed by the filtering process, thus left in as its manufactured. Usually when it squeaks, its a piece of styrofoam-type poly. Call your retailer who installed it to open a claim with the manufacturer so they can get reimbursed for the repair thats needed. Carpet need pulled back, cushion repaired, and carpet re-stretched.
