he skined the medic over the pyro and skined the axe to be a gitar

Exactly right. A different axe skin and a model switch is all it is.
You can tell, becuase the animation is a little dodgy. :P

Basically he switched Pyro and Medics 3d models, so Medic could use Pyro's taunt, then he got a skin for the axe which replaces it with a guitar. Am I right?
