How To - Automatically download BBC radio programmes to iTunes

Problem - You never have the time or forget to listen to BBC radio programmes when they are broadcast, they are available on BBC Listen Again but you need internet access when you want the listen to the content (I do most of my listening in the car which doesn't have internet access).

This is a walk through on how to automatically download BBC Listen Again content and add it iTunes where it can be sync'd to your listening device (i.e. iPod) for offline listening.
