The pictures you see are old, when it had the 302 heads. It now has the 351 aluminum cleveland heads made by Edelbrock. So technically you are correct, it is not an original Boss block with the four bolt main, but it meets all specs and performance ratings now without spending an arm and a leg just to have someone then say "Hey, they never made a Boss Pinto"

I saw a 302, not a Boss302. BIG difference. Nothing against a V8 Pinto though!

my very first car was a pinto with a v6 and my dad put a v8 in it almost 20 yrs ago and had to sell it because of emission laws and hated to let it go but now we no longer have to worry about emissions(for now) and i just now found and purchased one with a built v6! my dad taught me how to work on cars with my first pinto and thats where my love for automobiles began. i have the upmost respect for what you have done with yours and is a very beautiful car! well done sir!!

That's much better! I could see it better on the A.R.H. site. Sorry, I just hear SOOO many guys claim to have a Boss302, when it's just a Windsor. I stand corrected, and a hats off to a Boss Pinto!
