  • when having an asthma attack, find a place where a particular person can breathe easily. then tap his/her back circularly. it helps that person to spit out his/her phlegm. then sit up straight. then give a water. that's what my sister did to me when i am having my asthma attack in public place.

  • I sometimes use a foot massager that vibrates against my back. The contact does help with releasing phlegm. And I do breathe easier.

  • @gippsmed It's true, I haven't done the reflexology during an attack, but the contact healing does help, I found my girlfriend massaging my back helped relax my lungs as well
