  • I have exactly the same amp, I bought it in 1981. Serial No. 07853L i,e. 1977.

I use a half Quad box now for smaller gigs with 2 celestians - got the impedence changed to 8 ohms. Still it sounds pretty close to this with my 1964 L series Strat. Best combo guitar sound ever! Never looked for any other sound in 30 years, why would you!!

  • hi, speakers are vintage30?

  • oh my gooooooooooooooooood this is one of the best sound I ever heared! what is speaker? and tubes ? (the brand of tubes)

  • Man, you've nailed the classic AC/DC tone to perfection there! Cheers to you!!

  • Holy shit. I just realized this was uploaded on my birthday.... cool

i am seriously considering an awesome amp such as this one.

  • MY gear: Les Paul copy + 15 Watt amp!! Maybe I got low self esteem? Play for 22 years now but somehow always thought my playing is not worthy expensive equipment. Good enough to impress friends that don't play, but now I have to start saving money for a GibsonSG and that BIG Marshall thingy!!! Grüße aus Frankfurt/M.
